Orders & Downloads
How do I receive my digital product after purchase?
After your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files directly from your order confirmation page. Downloads are available immediately after purchase.
How long do I have to download my files?
Your download link is available for 30 days after purchase. We recommend saving your files to your device or cloud storage immediately after downloading.
I didn't receive my download link. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact us at support@assetwarehouse.com with your order number and we'll resend it promptly.
What file formats are included?
Most products are delivered as PDF files. Some products also include editable formats such as DOCX (Microsoft Word), XLSX (Excel), or Google Docs/Sheets links. File formats are listed in each product description.
Payments & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant payment system. We never store your credit card information.
Do you offer discounts or bundle deals?
Yes! We periodically offer bundle discounts and promotional pricing. Sign up for our email list to be the first to know about deals.
Refunds & Returns
Can I get a refund on a digital product?
Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded or accessed. Please read our full Refund Policy for details and exceptions.
What if my file is corrupted or doesn't work?
If you receive a corrupted or incomplete file, contact us within 7 days at support@assetwarehouse.com and we'll send you a replacement immediately.
Licensing & Usage
Can I share the files with my team or clients?
Standard licenses are for single-user personal or business use only. Files may not be shared, redistributed, or resold. See our Digital License Agreement for full details.
Can I use the templates for client work?
Products marked as "Commercial Use" in their description may be used for client projects. Standard products are for your own use only.
Can I resell the products?
No. Reselling, redistributing, or repackaging our digital products is strictly prohibited under our license agreement.
Technical Support
What software do I need to open the files?
PDF files can be opened with any PDF reader (Adobe Acrobat, Preview on Mac, or any browser). DOCX files require Microsoft Word or Google Docs. XLSX files require Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
I'm having trouble opening my file. What should I do?
Try downloading the file again using a different browser. If the issue persists, contact us at support@assetwarehouse.com and we'll help you resolve it.
