Digital License Agreement

This Digital License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Customer”) and Asset Warehouse (“Company”) governing your use of any digital product purchased from our store. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

Asset Warehouse grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased digital product(s) for personal or internal business purposes only, subject to the terms below.

2. Personal Use License (Standard)

Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, all products are sold under a Personal Use License, which permits you to:

Use the product for your own personal projects or business operations
Edit and customize the product for your own use
Print physical copies for personal use

The Personal Use License does not permit you to:

Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the product in any form
Share the product with third parties
Use the product to create derivative works for commercial sale
Upload the product to any file-sharing, template marketplace, or distribution platform

3. Commercial Use License

Products explicitly marked as “Commercial Use” in their product description may additionally be used to:

Create deliverables for paying clients
Use in commercial projects and client work
Incorporate into products or services you sell

Commercial Use does not permit resale of the original template or file itself.

4. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the digital products remain with Asset Warehouse. This Agreement grants you a license to use the product — it does not transfer ownership.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Claim authorship or ownership of any Asset Warehouse product
Use any product in a way that is unlawful, defamatory, or harmful
Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source files beyond what is provided

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Asset Warehouse may terminate this license immediately if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the purchased product in your possession.
